After mould production and final assembly, a first try-out of the a new mould is very important:

By means of a complete try-out procedure, we can evaluate if the mould function works well including the injection and ejection system

With proper injection parameters we can evaluate the quality of samples and mould. During tryout, we summarize a mould tryout list in order to obtain good parts to be approved by the customer

The mould try-out list is aimed to check mould and samples in detail which is documented in a report for the customer
