# Careful analysis of the CAD data provided to us by the customer, in which the component is examined in advance for problematic areas.

# For complex components, a filling and warpage simulation is carried out, which allows us to optimally define the injection point(s) of the component.

# Depending on the customer requirements, an optimal cooling concept is developed which allows the shortest possible tool cycles.

# In close cooperation with our customer and with the results of the previous analysis, a design draft will be elaborated which is presented to the customer for approval.

# A complete tool design is only elaborated after this and taking into account all results.
