By means of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centers and EDMs, all mold components such as mold inserts and electrodes are manufactured.

You receive regular status reports during the design and manufacturing cycle.

After the production of the tool and the final assembly, an initial sampling of the tool is carried out in a test center. For the injection molding machine to be used, we follow the customer's specifications.
The sampling process enables us to assess whether the mold is mechanically correct and whether the injection and ejector system is working properly.
With the right injection parameters, the quality of the samples and the tool is checked. During the sampling process, we record the results of the sampling in a check list. We provide this checklist, including some initial samples, to the customer for comments.

An Initial Sample Measurement Report (ISMR) can be created on request and made available to the customer.
